Important Notes on Xiaomi 11 Flashing:

Disclaimer: Before you start flashing, please turn off your computer’s security manager and antivirus software to avoid accidentally deleting files. Flashing is only for firmware upgrades, downgrades, and software repairs, not for hardware issues.

  • Flashing will wipe all your data, so make sure to back up your personal stuff, like contacts and texts, first.
  • Verify that your device model and ROM package match.
  • Charge your phone to at least 30% and use a good data cable. If you’re on a desktop, use a USB port at the back.
  • Don’t move your phone, restart the computer, or cut the power during the flashing process to avoid messing things up. Stick to the tutorial and tool instructions closely.

>> How To Flash Xiaomi 11 (12.0) Firmware Rom:

Step 1: First things first, unlock the Bootloader on your phone if you haven’t already.

Step 2: Go to the Driver folder and double-click to install the required driver.

Step 3: Open the MiFlash2018-5-28-0 folder and launch XiaoMiFlash.

Step 4: Install the driver. (Click “Driver” > “Install”)

Step 5: Configure the files.

  • Click “Select.”
  • Choose the folder containing the ROM package XS_Xiaomi_11_12.
  • Click “OK.”
  • At the bottom-right corner, select the “all delete” option.

Step 6: Turn off the phone and hold the volume down key and power button to enter fastboot mode. Then connect your phone to the computer with a USB data cable.

(1) Click “Load Device.”
(2) Then click “Flash.”

When the flashing process is finished, your phone will restart on its own. If it doesn’t, you can manually reboot it.

(The interface above indicates the flash worked.)

PS: The first boot might take a bit longer than usual.

Troubleshooting Flashing Issues:

If the flashing process shows an error or doesn’t complete successfully (e.g., with a progress bar stuck at 0 seconds, or prompts saying “回声不匹配”), there may be issues with the port or drivers. Here’s how to address it:

(1) For MTK chipsets, normally, you will see Android BootLoader Interface on PC.
(2) For incorrect ports, right-click, choose Update Driver, and browse for driver software on your computer. Pick “Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer” and choose Android BootLoader Interface. If that doesn’t work, restart your device and check if the device manager shows an exclamation mark. If it does, update your drivers and try flashing again.

For Qualcomm chipsets, flashing should display “9008” (make sure to install drivers from the ROM package before flashing and restart your computer afterward).

PS: If flashing fails, try these steps again, as sometimes it may take a few attempts for successful flashing.
