Step 1: The phone must first be unlocked Bootloader. (Skip if already unlocked.)

Step 2: Open the Driver folder and double-click to install the following drivers.

Step 3: Open the XiaoMiFlash folder in MiFlash2018-5-28-0.

Step 4: Install the driver tool

(2) Click to install

Step 5: Configure files

(2) Choose ROM folder directory: XS_Xiaomi_Mi11_pro(Ultra)_12
(3) Confirm selection
(4) Select delete all of the flashing mode in the bottom right corner

Step 6: Turn off the phone, and press and hold the volume down and power button to enter the fastboot mode. Then connect it to the computer with a USB cable.

(1) Click to load the device
(2) Click to flash phones
